Abstract Tourism spatial connections among those nations and districts are getting complicated. Academy circle is focused on tourism flow, which depicts and embodies the complicated spatial connections. However, the study on tourism flow taken as a depiction of spatial connections among districts and areas is just starting. Therefore, exploring characteristics of spatial structure of tourism flow in tourism circle of Pan-Beibu Gulf sets an example to co operations in other area tourism. Any economic behavior realizes in the interacting process in social network, the factors like tourists, tourism industries and tourism destinations included. Tourist behavior cannot be isolated since these factors interact in social and cultural structure. According to various actors, actions and connections, tourism can be taken as a network process reconstructed in social evolution. Social network analysis, by adopting its particular theory, makes up for individualism in the study on traditional tourism. This thesis, from the viewpoint of tourism routes, analyzes spatial structure of tourism network in tourism flow in Pan-Beibu Gulf(11 nodes including 7 countries, and four districts, Guangxi, Guangdong, Hainan and Hongkong) by applying social network analysis, and assembling data relevant to Pan-Beibu Gulf, Furthermore, it achieves relative spatial dynamic law of dispersion index of area tourism in Pan-Beibu Gulf, law of regional index of concentration, and concentrated degree of flowing process in areas through putting forward spatial model of area tourism in Pan-Beibu and doing quantitative analysis on the model. It is found that Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore are not main destinations and originations in Pan-Beibu Gulf, but also tourist transport centers in this area, for they widely radiates tourism in other areas and countries. Therefore, the countries in the Pan-Beibu Gulf are wholly cooperating to develop tourism by tapping resources, setting up popular products, establishing tourism information system, and taking measures of coordination system of tourism management, which form a synthesis industry cluster. Polymerization-diffusion effect,a catalyst for tourism co operations in Pan-Beibu Gulf, optimizes the cooperative effects among these areas.
